Emily Rose Designs prides itself on delivering high quality items. However, in the unexpected event that there is an issue with the item you purchased from us, the following applies:
Returns are accepted within 10 days of purchase, provided they are in the original packaging and in an unworn condition.
Refunds do not include shipping costs, and it is up to the purchaser to cover postage costs for returned items. No refunds will be given for damaged, used or dirty garments.
Exchanges will be accepted within 15 working days if the wrong size has been purchased, provided that the returned item is in unworn condition.
Please note that there are no returns or refunds on sale/discounted items.
Squad Graphics Due to the customization of the Squad Graphic Collection we are unable to except any form of refund or exchange on this collection.
